Voice broadcast is best suited capability to reach thousands of customers within seconds announcing any special promotions or services as may be required time to time. Voice files can be recorded easily and uploaded in the system. Predictive dialer calls multiple numbers at the same time detecting live contacts and answering machines. Broadcast can be set to play pre recorded voice messages for every live contact system will reach. Also, the Broadcast policies can be set up to play prerecorded messages only for all the answering machines system will reach or for both live contacts and answering machines.  Call Center Administrator can customize outbound IVR for 'Live' contacts and set up actions (transfer to agent, add to DNC, hang up, play another file etc.) for each DTMF digits being pressed by the customer. The voice files can be edited recorded and changed with few clicks as and when required.
